江戸時代（徳川吉宗）から無作為者（むさくいもの）には重い罪と罰が与えられた（火事で親を助けられるのに助けなかった罪が重かった）
A heavy crime and heavy punishment (Random man) were given to the random person from the Edo period (Yoshimune Tokugawa) (the crime which was not helped although parents can be helped in a fire was heavy). ・・・現代の政治家・公務員に特に無作為者が多いのに、日本の将来の大きな不安を感じる
Although there are many especially random persons, it feels uneasy [ of Japan / future / big ] to present-day politician and government official. ・・・高度成長で頭ばかりの教育に専念して来た日本？・・・形の無い心を育てる教育を怠ってきた日本？
Japanese ? which has concentrated on the education in the head by high growth ... Japan which has neglected the education which raises the heart without a form. ・・・心は形が無い為に、心を実践で育てる教育を怠ってきた日本？

What has happened to the book today? ・・・少子化と死亡率の増加で２００６年日本は人口減少に転じた、アメリカの経済学者ピータードラッカーは、１９９５年に日本の人口は２１世紀中に５，０００万人に減少する、日本は小さな政府と構造改革を急げと予告している・・・また、日本はバブル崩壊の問題点を先送りしているとも予告している
