Why ? The heart is the function to take in language by experience.
何故か？心は経験で言葉を感じ取る機能

However, although knowledge is studied at a university, he cannot understand the language about the heart.
どんなに、大学で知識を学んでも、心に関する言葉は理解できない

However he may graduate from high university and University of Tokyo of a prestigious university and deviation score, the language about the heart is inappreciative.
どんなに有名大学・偏差値の高い大学・東大を卒業しても、心に関する言葉は無理解
