The heart is the important function to determine fate.
心は運命を決定する重要機能

Big power considered well, to transcend man's will and to govern a life ( action ) of man if a dictionary is consulted with a niece[ fate. ] Fate. Fait. It has come out.
うんめい「運命」と辞書を引くと、人間の意志を超越して人間の生活（行動）を支配すると考えられている大きな力。めぐりあわせ。運。とでている

また、運命論と宿命論と出ている（英語では、愛と恋も Love で運命論も宿命論も　Fatalism　　Fate annd Fateで同じ単語である）

では、しゅくめい「宿命」と辞書を引くと、前世から定まっていた運命。

As for fatalism, all phenomena are an opinion it is supposed that it is determined beforehand and cannot be changed.
宿命論は、すべての現象はあらかじめ決定されていて、変えることできないとする説

It is divided into-fatalism and fatalism which fate and fate do not understand even if it consults a Japanese dictionary.
日本の辞書を引いても、宿命と運命が解っていない・宿命論と運命論に分かれている。

Since the difference between fate and fate is ignorant in the truth of the heart, a scholar does not understand it at all.
宿命と運命の違いが、心の真理に無知な為に、学者にはぜんぜんわかっていない
