 松下幸之助の息子（長男）、幸一さんの死（昭和２年）によって、松下幸之助の心に、幸一さんの魂が復活して、２年目（昭和４年）に、松下幸之助は、「明知元年」として、松下電器の実践すべき五精神を発表して、世界の松下電器に、大発展をした、日本の経営の神様として良く知られる、松下幸之助の言葉に「世の為人の為に役立つ事業で上げた利益は、当然の報酬であり、其の利益を社員に還元し、お客様にも還元する」松下幸之助の「水道哲学」の原点である。
