For producuing semiconductor and electronics devices, N-, or P-type doped polished germanium wafers (Dia 2-4inches) are available. Our standard item is the avobe non-doped doble side polished wafer which is availabe even as IR window to cover detecting sensor and lenses module. (We can cut the wafer.)
