wafers and a variety of materials. Using femt second pulse LASER equipment,
Optostar can create a large number of micro trough holes that are less
than 10μm (Minmum 1μm) on glass, silicon and crystals, as well as other semiconductor sheet materials
such as plustics and metals. Shorter than 100fs LASER puls is able to protect
